Enjoying the Variety of Photography
In the last few weeks I have become fascinated with 'clouds'. I've also been experimenting with shutter speeds... the Starling Bathing shows a slow shutter speed to capture it's movement. I used fast shutter speeds for photos on the beach, meaning a wide aperture and small debth of field were created. I've also been experimenting with textures (Candle and Crocus images) and a 'dreamy' effect applied to a street photo. I have thoroughly enjoyed applying so many different photo techniques! I'm planning to take some river shots and to create some minimalist images too... so lots to take my interest. You could say I'm obsessed!

Visit to the Church Farm Museum
I always get a buzz from going walk about and last weekend I took 180 photos!!! I made a trip to the Church Farm Museum and was surprised to find so much to photograph. After a couple of hours sifting through, deleting, making adjustments I was pretty pleased with the results. My main aim was to use the available light for black and white photos. These are just a few so if you want to see some more have a look on my flickr account :)

2010 Spring Time
It's been a while since I've blogged as my computer went down and have been without one for a couple of months. Now I have one, I can take and process my photos again - yippeeee! Scanned a crocus from my garden (above) and have a full Flickr account now thanks to a very good buddy called Mark. Many many thank you's :) So I can post as many photos as I like. I plan to do a photography treck along the 40 miles of the Viking Way which runs through Lincolnshire when the weather gets warmer, so I'm looking forward to planning that and processing what I find. I am full of the joys of spring... zebbedy boing!
